The Helping Hands Carpet Cleaning Low Moisture Oscillating Pad process eliminates all of the concerns associated with hot water “steam cleaning” such as overwetting and mold growth. Our process strips and encapsulates soils from your carpet fibers and extracts the soil onto cotton pads. Your carpets will be fresh and clean, dry quickly, and stay cleaner longer as there is no sticky residue.

Your carpet acts as a filter, trapping allergens and pollutants. We remove these pollutants and clean the filter that is your carpet. We also use a minimal amount of water when cleaning your carpet. We use 10% of the water to clean your carpets that “steam cleaning” carpet cleaners use. The only moisture we apply to your carpet is in the form of a fine mist. This is great for both the environment and you. Your carpet will be dry in about an hour or less. Eliminating many of the concerns associated with “steam cleaning” (AKA Hot Water Extraction). These concerns include overwetting of the carpet, leaving it wet for days. This is not only an inconvenience to you but can cause mold growth, mildew, shrinkage of the carpet, faster resoiling, and delamination of the carpet, among other concerns. You may have problem spots that come back a day or two after “traditional” carpet cleaning. Our process eliminates this “wick back” of stains.

Our 7 step Residential Process for providing you with a Clean Healthy Carpet-
Step 1: Pre-Vacuum- Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with our commercial vacuum to remove dry soil and debris.
Step 2: Pre-spot- Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with our environmentally friendly spray.
Step 3: Apply Carpet Cleaner– The entire carpeted area to be cleaned is sprayed with our solution that is completely safe for children and pets.
Step 4: Agitate Carpet with Oscillating Pad Machine- Our pads and low moisture equipment completely scrub your carpet, cleaning all around the fibers and stripping the soils from them. This step loosens all imbedded soil.
Step 5: Extract Soil- Cotton pads on our Commercial Oscillating Pad machine extract the soil and dirt while lifting the pile (fibers) of your carpet.
Step 6: Post Spot Treatment- Tough spots not removed during the cleaning process are treated with specialty spotting techniques. Stains may have permanently changed (bleached or dyed) the color of your carpet fibers and cannot be removed. If we can’t get the stain out no one can.
Step 7: Groom Carpet- We then groom your carpet with a special carpet rake to leave it looking the best it can.
